I was raised in a family with a workaholic father who did everything in his power to ensure his children’s well being. I am forever indebted to my magnificent Marty. But alas, he left me with  what you call, the Veruca Salt complex…I want the world and I want it now. The only difference today is, I’m in my 20′s and I’m as poor as dirt. Therefore, I am here to help you find the gifts and goodies you want at the prices you need. Every now and then, things that I’m sharing might not be so cheap, but know that in those (and only those) instances do I feel that posting such items is worth it due to the quality of the product and how long I feel you can keep it.

General Rules of thumb:

1) If it’s something you’re going to be wearing4-5 days out of the week (denim, outerwear in winter), spend a little more and make sure it lasts through the whole season.

2) If you’re walking in them (rain boots, quality sandals), make sure they’re comfortable and so on and so forth. No need to suffer through painful blisters due to cheap rubber when you can invest in the forefront and charge the flooded streets in style.
